When you send an enquiry, consignment request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if given, your message, and the car it concerns. Beyond that, the site stores only a language-preference cookie. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to you — answering your enquiry, arranging a viewing, or evaluating a consignment. If you asked to be notified of similar cars, we will contact you about those. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, other than the service providers that host our infrastructure.

Consent and withdrawal

Submitting a form constitutes consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to antoinebis@gmail.com; we will then delete your enquiry data unless an ongoing transaction requires that we keep it.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided for, and delete it on request.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function: your language preference, and a session cookie for staff signing in to the administration area. No consent banner is shown because no optional cookies exist.

Your rights

You may ask to access, rectify or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to its use. Requests and questions go to the person in charge of the protection of personal information at antoinebis@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Safeguards

Your information is stored on our hosting provider's servers and protected by industry-standard technical measures, with access limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
