Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry, consignment request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if given, your message, and the car it concerns. Beyond that, the site stores only the cookies described below — and none of the optional ones until you agree to them.

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to you — answering your enquiry, arranging a viewing, or evaluating a consignment. If you asked to be notified of similar cars, we will contact you about those. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, other than the service providers that host our infrastructure.

Submitting a form constitutes consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@fmstudioauto.com; we will then delete your enquiry data unless an ongoing transaction requires that we keep it.

We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided for, and delete it on request.

Some cookies are strictly necessary and need no consent: your language preference, the record of your cookie choices, and a session cookie for staff signing in to the administration area. Everything else is off until you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. “Measurement” places a first-party visitor identifier (13 months) so we can tell returning visitors from new ones, and, where Frank & Matt Studio Auto has enabled it, Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and shares usage data with Google. “Advertising” lets Google Ads measure which enquiries follow one of our advertisements and sets Google's conversion cookies. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer; withdrawing is as simple as accepting was. Declining never limits what you can do on the site.

You may ask to access, rectify or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to its use. Requests and questions go to the person in charge of the protection of personal information at info@fmstudioauto.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Your information is stored on our hosting provider's servers and protected by industry-standard technical measures, with access limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
